• 3 Cleanings (Periodontal Maintenance once per 4 months)
  • Deep Cleaning Procedures;
    Periodontal scaling and root planing and Scaling in the presence of inflammation are excluded.

Members will receive a 20 % percent fee waiver, on any additional treatment needed.
